No returns, refunds or exchanges.
Once USPS accepts your package the delivery speed, tracking status and condition of the package are beyond our control.
We can’t replace sold out items or issue refunds for postal errors. We answer emails and work to resolve any issues that arise, but the vast majority of packages arrive without a problem.
